1. Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email or call us. Share photos of Defective Items within 24 hours, and we’ll resolve it.

2. Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations aren't possible, but exchanges may be available as per our return policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing: We dispatch all orders within 1 business day.
• Delivery Time: Expect your package within 3–5 working days.
• Tracking: We’ll send tracking details as soon as your order ships. Please note that occasional carrier delays may occur.

4. Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind or need a different size, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• • Sale Item Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging. Custom, personalized, and sale items (including BOGO promotions) are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

  • Want to return or exchange an item?: If your product is perfectly fine but you’ve changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or prefer something else, we’ve got you covered ! Because our courier partners charge us ₹300 for return pickups, we ask customers to share this cost. Rs 150 reverse logistics and handling fee will apply, which we will either deduct from your refund or charge separately for an exchange.

    1. For Refunds: The ₹150 fee will be deducted from your final refund.
    2. For Exchanges: The ₹150 fee must be paid before your new item is dispatched.
